#1 Wash surfaces

As your proposal, areas are pressure washed to remove dirt and mildew

#2 Proper preparation

  • In order to properly prepare your home`s exterior, any loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded.
  • All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion
  • Masking

    • #3 Paint

    Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint, based on your proposal, is applied following the manufacturer `s recommendations.

    #4 Clean

    Complete clean up around your home, all materials are packed up, trash is removed.

    #5 Inspection​

    After our inspection, you are invited to inspect our work. 

    #6 Completion

    All belongings are covered with new plastic sheeting and floors are protected with drop cloths.
